  • The first year of hosting included

    After that, 200 MAD excl. VAT per year. You receive access to the hosting account. Optional aftercare.

Shop or quote: do I have to choose?

Yes. The package covers one journey. Both together are defined and priced as an extra, before work begins.

How many products are included?

Catalogue, variants and product page preparation are specified in the proposal. Send us an overview of your products.

Can my own pricing rules be applied?

We write them up and test them on your sample quotes. Complex business calculations fall under Bespoke.

What fees apply to payments?

The provider may charge its own fees, reviewed with you. They are not included in the website build.

Can I edit my products?

Onboarding explains the planned updates. Optional aftercare lets us look at the changes you want to delegate.

What about my stock or invoicing software?

We check their connection options. These links are scoped and priced separately.

What are the timescales and payment terms?

First version within 6 weeks, from receipt of the deposit and all your information. The clock stops while we wait for your replies. You pay 15,000 MAD excl. VAT on order, by card or bank transfer, then 15,000 MAD excl. VAT when you are happy with the site, before launch. Two rounds of revisions are included. If you stop the project partway through, the deposit covers the work already done.

Who is behind UPSHOT?

UPSHOT is an agency of the Lumena Group. You keep the same point of contact from the first conversation to launch. Before any quote, we take the time for a video call to understand your business: you know who you are talking to. Lumena Group LLC, the group company established in the United States, signs the quotes and issues the invoices. We work with businesses in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Morocco, and our quotes, communications and contracts are in English.

How does invoicing work?

You receive a detailed quote to sign online. Our prices are shown excluding VAT, in dirhams. Lumena Group LLC, the group company established in the United States, issues the invoices. The applicable VAT terms are set out in your quote.

Why pay the deposit by card?

Because it is the safest option for you. Payment goes through Stripe, the payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your bank details are never passed on to us, and as with any card purchase, your bank protects you. If you prefer a bank transfer, an international transfer is also possible.

What if my needs go further?
  • The shop and the quote together are priced as an extra.
  • Marketplace, large catalogue, complex subscriptions and business system connections require bespoke scoping.
  • First year of hosting included, then 200 MAD excl. VAT per year. You receive access to the hosting account. If you do not have a domain name, we provide one up to 200 MAD excl. VAT; above that, it is at your expense. Third-party services and optional aftercare are specified separately.
