What if I don’t have a website yet?
We start from your business and the information available. No sitemap or written copy is needed.
What if I already have a website?
Send us its address. We review the content to keep, the improvements and the access needed.
Do I have to write the copy?
No. You explain your trade; we write. You check and approve the copy before publication.
Will I be first on Google?
No ranking is guaranteed. This offer lays the SEO fundamentals; The Site People Find goes further on local presence.
What costs should I expect afterwards?
The first year of hosting is included. After that, 200 MAD excl. VAT per year, and you receive access to the hosting account. If you already have a hosting provider, we can publish there. If you do not have a domain name, we provide one up to 200 MAD excl. VAT; above that, it is at your expense. Third-party services are specified in the proposal; aftercare is optional.
What are the timescales and payment terms?
First version within 3 working days, from receipt of the deposit and all your information. The clock stops while we wait for your replies. You pay 2,500 MAD excl. VAT on order, by card or bank transfer, then 2,500 MAD excl. VAT when you are happy with the site, before launch. Two rounds of revisions are included. If you stop the project partway through, the deposit covers the work already done.
Who is behind UPSHOT?
UPSHOT is an agency of the Lumena Group. You keep the same point of contact from the first conversation to launch. Before any quote, we take the time for a video call to understand your business: you know who you are talking to. Lumena Group LLC, the group company established in the United States, signs the quotes and issues the invoices. We work with businesses in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Morocco, and our quotes, communications and contracts are in English.
How does invoicing work?
You receive a detailed quote to sign online. Our prices are shown excluding VAT, in dirhams. Lumena Group LLC, the group company established in the United States, issues the invoices. The applicable VAT terms are set out in your quote.
Why pay the deposit by card?
Because it is the safest option for you. Payment goes through Stripe, the payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your bank details are never passed on to us, and as with any card purchase, your bank protects you. If you prefer a bank transfer, an international transfer is also possible.
What if my needs go further?

- Booking, online shop, automated quotes and business tools require a suitable offer.
- First year of hosting included, then 200 MAD excl. VAT per year. You receive access to the hosting account. If you do not have a domain name, we provide one up to 200 MAD excl. VAT; above that, it is at your expense. Third-party services and optional aftercare are specified separately.
