Is this only for tradespeople?
No. Tradespeople, shops, practices and local services: this offer is for businesses that clients choose for a service and an area.
What if I already have a Google Business Profile?
We review the profile and its access to take it over where possible, without creating a duplicate.
Who chooses the ten articles?
We suggest topics based on your services and your clients’ questions. You approve the themes and the information.
Will I be first in the results?
No ranking is promised. We work on the quality and consistency of the content; other factors affect the results.
What about more than three areas?
We choose the priority areas. Additional pages are discussed and priced separately before work begins.
Any follow-up after publication?
The package covers the work described here. Further support can be considered separately; it remains optional.
What are the timescales and payment terms?
First version within 3 weeks, from receipt of the deposit and all your information. The clock stops while we wait for your replies. You pay €750 excl. VAT on order, by card or bank transfer, then €740 excl. VAT when you are happy with the site, before launch. Two rounds of revisions are included. If you stop the project partway through, the deposit covers the work already done.
Who is behind UPSHOT?
UPSHOT is an agency of the Lumena Group. You keep the same point of contact from the first conversation to launch. Before any quote, we take the time for a video call to understand your business: you know who you are talking to. Lumena Group LLC, the group company established in the United States, signs the quotes and issues the invoices. We work with businesses in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Morocco, and our quotes, communications and contracts are in English.
How does invoicing work?
You receive a detailed quote to sign online. Our prices are shown excluding VAT. As Lumena Group LLC is established outside the European Union, our invoices are issued without VAT. If your business is liable for VAT, your accountant declares it under the reverse-charge mechanism, as with your subscriptions to foreign software.
Why pay the deposit by card?
Because it is the safest option for you. Payment goes through Stripe, the payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your bank details are never passed on to us, and as with any card purchase, your bank protects you. If you prefer a bank transfer, our euro account is held in Belgium: it is a standard European transfer, free of charge.
What if my needs go further?
- No ranking, traffic or number of enquiries is guaranteed.
- Advertising, link buying and ongoing SEO are not included.
- First year of hosting included, then €20 excl. VAT per year. You receive access to the hosting account. If you do not have a domain name, we provide one up to €20 excl. VAT; above that, it is at your expense. Third-party services and optional aftercare are specified separately.
