Just enquiries, without appointments?
Yes. The proposal specifies the features needed to receive and handle your enquiries.
Who approves the automatic replies?
You do. Confirmation, reminders, follow-ups and triggers are defined together before use.
Where do I find the enquiries?
We define how they are received, their statuses and notifications. The onboarding video and guide explain how it works.
Can my calendar be used?
We check its connection options and specify any costs and limits.
What does the second language cover?
The website, the enquiry journey and the planned messages. You approve the language and the content.
Can we also take payments online?
The Site That Sells covers an online shop or automated quotes. A specific business process may require a bespoke project.
What are the timescales and payment terms?
First version within 4 weeks, from receipt of the deposit and all your information. The clock stops while we wait for your replies. You pay €1,250 excl. VAT on order, by card or bank transfer, then €1,240 excl. VAT when you are happy with the site, before launch. Two rounds of revisions are included. If you stop the project partway through, the deposit covers the work already done.
Who is behind UPSHOT?
UPSHOT is an agency of the Lumena Group. You keep the same point of contact from the first conversation to launch. Before any quote, we take the time for a video call to understand your business: you know who you are talking to. Lumena Group LLC, the group company established in the United States, signs the quotes and issues the invoices. We work with businesses in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Morocco, and our quotes, communications and contracts are in English.
How does invoicing work?
You receive a detailed quote to sign online. Our prices are shown excluding VAT. As Lumena Group LLC is established outside the European Union, our invoices are issued without VAT. If your business is liable for VAT, your accountant declares it under the reverse-charge mechanism, as with your subscriptions to foreign software.
Why pay the deposit by card?
Because it is the safest option for you. Payment goes through Stripe, the payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your bank details are never passed on to us, and as with any card purchase, your bank protects you. If you prefer a bank transfer, our euro account is held in Belgium: it is a standard European transfer, free of charge.
What if my needs go further?
- Payment, online shop and automated quotes belong to The Site That Sells; complex processes, to Bespoke.
- Connections to your software are checked. Third-party tool subscriptions are not included.
- First year of hosting included, then €20 excl. VAT per year. You receive access to the hosting account. If you do not have a domain name, we provide one up to €20 excl. VAT; above that, it is at your expense. Third-party services and optional aftercare are specified separately.
