What we collect

The information you enter in the form: name, email address, business and town, current website, project description.

Your messages, if you write to us by email or on WhatsApp.

Why

Solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, carry out the project and invoice it.

Who we share it with

Our technical providers, and only for these purposes: Brevo, which forwards form requests and our emails; Cloudflare, which hosts the website and receives emails sent to contact@upshot-agency.com; WhatsApp (Meta), if you write to us through that channel; Stripe, for card payments.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by their contractual safeguards.

How long

A request that does not go further is deleted three years after the last exchange. Invoicing documents are kept for the legally required period.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to contact@upshot-agency.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website sets only one cookie, and only if you use the “See our prices in dirhams” or “See our prices in euros” link: it remembers the version you chose (France or Morocco) for one year. It is a technical cookie and serves no other purpose.

To offer you the right version, the website uses the country of connection provided by Cloudflare at the time of your visit. This country is not stored.

Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying visitors.
